We accept returns and offer refunds within 14 days of the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

3.2 Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return the item.

3.3 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.4 Inspection: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it is eligible for a refund. We will notify you of the status of your refund request.

3.5 Refund: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
